Institutional Services

Our Institutional Services are designed to help institutions including corporations, government agencies and non-profits retain and optimize the performance of your professional female employees by equipping them for professional success.

2Hats Programs are available to women at all levels of the organization.  All programs are based on the 2Hats Professional Success Framework and customized to the client's needs. We also offer reduced-rate programs to non-profit organizations and universities.  We offer the following service delivery formats:

Workshops

• One-time Half day workshop

Consulting Engagements

Consulting engagements can be structured as 3-month, 6-month or 12-month programs.  Every engagement includes:

• Group workshops to equip participants for success and develop a support network
  
• Individual coaching for each participant to determine their goals and work on their career development plan
  
• 3-way coaching with each participant and her boss to align performance objectives and success criteria.

All consulting engagements end with an extensive report to management on our findings and recommendations on how to capitalize on the potential of their women.
