Welcome to 2Hats Network! By using this website, you agree to be bound by all of the terms of this agreement. We reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement or to modify any features of the website at any time. By registering to become a 2Hats member and continuing to use the site after the posting of notices regarding such changes, you agree to be bound by such changes.

Content

It is our goal to provide our members with an enjoyable, educational and insightful experience whenever they visit the site. In order to preserve this atmosphere, we ask that all members follow the rules outlined below:

1. You agree to be responsible for the content you post: You will not knowingly post content that violates the copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right of any third party and that you will promptly remove the same should you discover that you have violated this provision.

2. You agree not to post content that is offensive: 2Hats Network is a supportive community and the trust of our members if of utmost importance to us. We request that our members refrain from using language that is offensive in their blogs, comments on any other form of communication on the site. You may not post content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, that violates a third party's right to privacy, that otherwise violates any applicable local, state, national or international law, or that is otherwise inappropriate. You may not post content that degrades others on the basis of gender, race, class, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual preference, disability or other classification. Epithets and other language intended to intimidate or to offend will not be tolerated.

3. You agree to treat other members with respect: We encourage lively discourse and exchange of ideas on the blogs and discussion forums. However, we request that members do not attack or denigrate other members in any way shape or form.

Violation of any of the following may result in immediate termination of your membership. 2Hats Network reserves the right but shall have no obligation, to investigate your use of the site in order to a) determine whether a violation of the agreement has occurred, or b) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

You agree that opinions and advice of members does not constitute opinions or advice from 2Hats Network. 2Hats Network is not in any manner endorsing the content in member blogs or discussion forums and cannot and will not vouch for its reliability. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted will be at your own risk.

Account Maintenance

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Pricing

2Hats reserves the right to change its fees at any time and for any reason. New fee schedules will only take effect at the time of renewals. Fees paid for membership, seminars and workshops are final and are not refundable for any reason whatsoever.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify 2Hats Network, and its officers, agents, and employees from and against any third-party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the site, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorney's fees, of every kind and nature.

Applicable law

You agree that the laws of the state of New York, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and 2Hats Network.

Waiver and Severability of Terms

The failure of 2Hats Network to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the Terms of Service remain in full force and effect.
